Entries close Wednesday 3rd March 2009.. All entry fees must be forwarded (with entry form and indemnity form) to PO Box 46, Taralga NSW 2580. Judging commences 9.30 am on Saturday. All exhibits must be penned for judging by 9.00 am on Saturday.
No bird will be allowed to be removed before 4.00 pm. However, exhibits may remain in the enclosure overnight and removed later on Sunday 8th March to give the community an opportunity to view the exhibits on both days. The greatest care will be taken of all exhibits, but the society will not be responsible for any accident, mistake, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. The exhibits are the sole risk of the exhibitor. Exhibitors/Competitors are subject to full admission charges
Champion Waterfowl can compete for Grand Champion Awards.
All Exhibitors/Competitors must sign a Waiver Form.
Juniors must own and pen their own birds. Juniors must enter in junior section or open section only, not both.
