Flock Ewe CompetitionThe popular ANZ Taralga Region Flock Ewe Competition is back for 2008. The major objective of the competition is to promote commercial Merino breeding in the Taralga region. The inaugural competition commenced in 2004 and over the last three years has demonstrated the high standard of merino flocks in the district. This high standard of flock participation witnessed Taralga being awarded one of the two medallions presented in 2004 by the New South Wales Stud Merino Breeders Association for service to the Merino Breeding Industry. This years competition will be as competitive and hotly contested as previous years. Judging will take place on
Tuesday 19th Feb 08, with results and prizes, including the first prize of $1000 cash presented on Sunday
9th March at the the show.
Bio-Clip Demonstration: This year
