MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
On behalf of the 2011 Taralga AP&H committee I would like to invite all members and guests to the 125th annual show.
This year’s show should have plenty to please everyone with all of the usual favourites returning plus a couple of new attractions.
Saturday will see the return of the popular quick shears event, all of the usual livestock and horse events, and of course our famous Pavilion.
A game of Rugby between Taralga and Braidwood will be played at 4 pm on Saturday, good luck tigers.
Saturday will also see the return of the popular team yarding event and Team sorting will also be held on the sand arena on Sunday.
On Sunday you can expect to see all of our regular events such as Stud cattle, Merino sheep, Poultry Yard dogs and horse events.
Don’t forget to try a home brew with Kevin and while your there have a guess at the weight of the beast or sheep.
Congratulations to our 2011 showgirl Sophie Cummins, Sophie will be representing Taralga at the zone finals next month in Goulburn and we wish her all the best.
